I don’t think nosebleeds hurt? I know some people get them spontaneously and they’re just kind of annoying, not painful 

speaking as someone with experience, they don’t hurt at all unless the reason you’re getting one is that you hit your nose on something. but for regular random nosebleeds, you don’t notice until you’re like “ugh my nose is running” and go to wipe your nose and suddenly RED.
